This is not finished, and still has blanks being filled in

Entity Number: 222

Habitat(s): The Terrarium, various

Description:

An entity sometimes found near the dead or former human entities.
They are not inherently hostile, but many of their intentions and motives are unknown.
While the entity has agreed to be interviewed at times or has sent info through wanderers and personal agents, most of this entity's claims should be met with scrutiny for anything not documented or recorded.

Entity 222 refers to themself as "Hanash" (Arabic for "snake").

Behaviors:

Hanash does not directly attack or kill, but it does not mean they can't make life harder for someone who draws their ire.

Around dead or dying humans, or entities such as the most decayed and decrepit of wretches, Hanash will attempt to modify and revive them. Though they will not in a state resembling their original appearance or species.

Depending on the state of the body, the process can take anywhere from two seconds to half a minute. The longest time the entity has claimed to have taken was around two minutes.

During this time, any hostile entities that can move will back away, with any sedentary ones turning their attention elsewhere. Their target will then begin to shift and distort, their size, mass, and shape changing, becoming rubbery and distorted, their color and texture changing as they often shrink down among a pile of their clothing, or end up outside of it if bigger.

In the end,the target is "alive" and well, but in the form of some species of snake.
These beings have their memories intact, and some of the more experienced and strong-willed, newly transformed wanderers can talk at least a little bit, but start off seemingly unable to move or do much beyond breathing and squirming in place until they relearn how to move.

Depending on how long the person has been in the Backrooms, along with their cause of death and affiliation, their looks and appearances will vary from other snakes created by the entity this way. Those who have had a minimal ammount of time in the Backrooms before expiring, or those who's deaths were very traumatic, tend to be rather sluggish and will often not struggle or will sleep soon after the transformation. While those who are stronger willed and more experienced, or earned Hanash's respect, will be much more energetic, independent, and occasionally able to speak.

Hanash will then carefully lift them up, and will treat them endearingly, even if it is someone had previously upset them.

They will then carry them to their personal level, or carry them around for awhile.
While usually insistent the snake stays with and follows him, if someone is resisting hard, there are

This transformative process seems to be dependent on the entity's ability to know where a corpse is rather than being able to reach their destination, due to the results of their ability.
While they prefer to be as close as they can to their target, and can noclip or float if needed. Bodies or the injured in hard to reach locations are brought to him transformed.

It should be noted that Hanash claims this process is not revival, and that he cannot or will not revive others in their original state.

Entity 222 will not do anything physically harmful to any of his "subjects", including the snakes he creates or his agents. While he may take an unwilling new subject into his level much of the time if a location is unsafe, he goes out of his way to not induce more trauma since the victims are already coping with dying.

These beings, once brought to his realm, are not abused, manipulated, or neglected.
He does not not demand worship or to even like him, and tolerates a certain level of verbal abuse from the most unwilling of new arrivals to his level.

Most are calmed and subdued due to the quality of life presented to them compared to the former living conditions of many before the transformation, being provided with food, water, entertainment, and mental stimulation. Those who were the weakest and most new to the backrooms, or those with an extremely violent or distressing end tend to spend most of their time asleep, while others tend to stay occupied with the variety of options within this level.

Biology:

While this entity can appear human, they will often take the form of a large snake as well.
As a human, he is 6 ft tall, often wearing clothes that are long and loos fitting. This can vary from sweat clothes to a kimono. He is not seen in anything revealing skin beyond their face regardless of attire. He often is seen with a number of snakes draped across his arms or in his sleeves. His hair is red/brown and eyes brown/green.

As a snake, he measures over twenty feet long and two feet thick. His eyes are deep green, and his scales are a deep blaak.

Entity 222 is rather fast in either form, and can appear in the least expected of places, from levels at the bare minimum of habitability for humans, to being found inside outpost and bases on safe levels.
