SURVIVAL DIFFICULTY:
Class 0.5 - Mind-Bending
- Safe
- Secure
- Semi-Logically
Level 4.9 is a sub-level between Level 4 and Level 5
Description
Level 4.9, takes place in an outside area of Level 4 right in front of its entrance (An outside parking lot) of which is infinitely
long and has a random number of cars which do not work.
These cars do vary in color but not in size.
In these cars a Wanderer can find printers in the trunk which can change in size and color. A Wanderer can take these printers out of the trunk and close the trunk without anything happening to it. However, whenever a Wanderer closes the trunk and open it again there will be a new printer different from the one the Wanderer took out. Wanderers can’t drive the cars but you can use them as storage, just don't put anything in the trunk as it'll get replaced by the printer.
The building's wall is covered in moss and paper drips from the windows, the strange part of this is that the paper is the size of A4 but the length of it is infinite. These papers seem to be stuck in the windows, as nobody can seem to pull them and their unbreakable.
The printers you can find in the trunks can also have papers in them but they don't have any drawings on it. The only thing that could be found is wet paper and plain A4 paper. The size of the paper however doesn't change unlike the size of the printer. These paper inside of the printer may be wet sometimes. Whenever it is wet it means that it has been dripped in Liquid Silence.
Sometimes random items can fall out of the windows these can vary from useful items (normal water, clothing, food) to completely unnecessary items (broken glass, paper, empty gasoline cans).
Time here is divided into a 16 hour daylight cycle and an 8 hour night-time cycle.
However, sometimes a Wanderer can find a random computer (2000 kinds) in these trunks. Keep in mind that these Printers do still work and have ink in them. So if someone finds a computer. Think of that person as lucky. As you can sell it to The Resellers or The Non-Printed for a huge amount of Almond Water or Liquid Silence.
The District
The District is an area inside of Level 4.9 which can be found near the entrance. This seems to be the only structure that isn't just roads, streetlights and the Building itself in this level. And it seems to be a little area which is made for shopping. Wanderers can find various mini shops which can sell from fruits an vegetables to lights and Liquid Silence. These mini shops are run by the humans in The Resellers community.
Entities
This level has a low-entity count but the ones residing here are:
Hounds , though incredibly rare, Skin-Stealers which, although uncommon, they can be seen looking at Wanderers through the windows of the building. For some unknown reason though, they do not attack or move from their location. Only their head moves in vision with the Wanderers movements to endlessly stare at you.
There are rumors which some wanderers say that they can feel when the entity is watching them as they feel more "uncomfortable" and feel like they want to go inside the buildings. As if their being manipulated into walking in. However there is no evidence of this.
Bases, Outposts, and Communities
Non-Printed
These are people who have come to this level but chose to not leave and focus on trying to get Liquid Silence from the printers. There are rumors that these are not actually humans but Skin-Stealers evolving however there is no evidence of this, minus the fact that nobody knows when they got here. They consist of 35-40 people helping with this process. The original creator of this community is unknown but there is a current unofficial leader named "Lucas Benniry" a 28-year-old Australian man who used to be an Archeologist in The Frontrooms.
They're friendly until provoked or you try to steal from them. They do trade sometimes but they prefer to not as it would slower their work. They will only trade if you have something of value to them, For example Almond Water (any amount) and Liquid Silence.
They've stayed organized by creating shifts/groups to work as much as possible. Multiple examples of these are: Shift/Group S, of which consist of 9-12 people, these are the people who work when the sun is up for 8 hours. Next is Shift/Group A, consists of 14-16, who are working in the Afternoon for 8 hours. And the same amount of time for Shift/Group M, consisting of 8 people (Midnight). However, For Shift/Group M only the ones who are very skillful in combat go into this shift as its the most likely time for Hounds to be active in.
The only known reason they do this is to supply other groups with Liquid Silence, but this is only rumored.
The Resellers
The Resellers are quite similar to The Non-Printed as they've also came to this level and decided to not leave. They are still different as instead of working for Liquid Silence, they instead have run their own shops in The District.
They consist of 50-55 members and are organized with Shifts. They also have 3 Shifts, S, A, M. S for Sun which work for 9 hours. A for Afternoon which work for 8 hours. And M for Midnight whom work for 7 hours. S works when the sun is up. A work when the sun is going down. And M work when it is pure night-time.
