Description:
Entity 124, more commonly known as Observers, are tall tree-like beings found uncommonly on Level 9. They are stationary, and are composed of a large black stem similar to a tree trunk, and several long "branches" protruding from the top of the stem. Protruding out of the stem, around 1-3 large red "eyes" can be seen. An Observer will almost always have several Neighborhood Watch surrounding it, which it appears to share a symbiotic relationship with.
Behaviors:
When an Observer notices a wanderer with its eyes, it will try to attack the wanderer with its branches. It may also emit a loud, piercing shriek, which can easily break or severely damage a wanderer's eardrums without proper protection. This shriek also alerts nearby Neighborhood Watch, causing them to enter a "hunt mode" for approximately 1 minute, which they will consistently search for wanderers around the Observer. Neighborhood Watch have also been seen to rest in the Observer's branches while not targeting wanderers. While Observers seem to be completely stationary, there have been reports of them disappearing from one location and appearing at another. These reports are currently being investigated.
Biology:
Little is known about the Observer's biology, as their bodies usually decompose 15-30 minutes after they have been killed. However, they appear to be carnivorous, due to them being see consuming bodies of wanderers and occasionally other entities through a "mouth" at the top of their body.
Discovery:
It is unknown when these entities were discovered.

- Get away from the Observer.
- Shoot at the eyes, if absolutely necessary. This may stun or kill the entity.
Don't:
- Be noticed by it.
