Despite the products appearing to be closer inspection reveals that the different products of level N have something “off” about them. For example a banana that once you pull the peel is filled with dragonfruit, or a piece of chicken that once you cut the skin off is filled with raw beef. Due this it is advised that wanderers throughly inspect any food from Level N throughly before consumption. As there have been reports of products being made of materials unsafe for human consumption such as rotten pork and poisonous mushrooms.
