Origins
SURVIVAL DIFFICULTY:
Class habitable
- Friendly Facelings.
- Safe And Secure.
- Blue Everywhere.
This level known as "The Hospital" originally started out as a Level that was only known for its safe zone, it was originally documented as "The Blue Safehouse" and was fully secured. Its original rating was a Class 0, and it was fully secured, the alarms weren't triggered at that point, there used to be Adult Facelings, but they ended up disappearing at some point, and were never seen again. The main level documentation is in the next paragraph.
Danger Zone
SURVIVAL DIFFICULTY:
Class deadzone
- Gas Mask Required.
- Highly Unsafe.
- Short Black Knight Ambushes.
There are 2 zones in the level. The main zone is the danger zone, however, the entrance is sometimes in the safe zone, however, the safe zone only has one exit, which leads straight to the danger zone. This documentation will be about the danger zone, however. Some images of the danger zone look quite like level !, and it's about as deadly if any entities ambush you.
This level consists of entity ambushes from some type of entity, possibly Black Knights, alarms blaring, crimson lights, and it has many rooms, but only 5 are entrances to the safe zone.
If you manage to somehow escape the Black Knights, you're lucky, or they left after you ran for long enough, but if you outran them, you must quickly get to a safe zone door, and lock it. If you don't lock it, they may break in and kill you. If you noclip from certain levels and end up in the safe zone, you're lucky! Look around for some type of monitors, they will have the security cameras all around the doors to the safe zone. If you see Black Knights on the camera by C3, make sure to wait roughly around 5-10 minutes, and they should leave. The big problem about camera C4, is that it was ironically blown up by C4, by something, but it probably wasn't the Black Knights. If you didn't bring a gas mask, chances are, you'll probably enter into the safe zone first, which has a gas mask by all exits, all leading to different spots of the danger zone.
Entities:
Entrances:
Noclipping in certain ways, only with proper conditions, however. It must be a Class 5 level, and it's conditions furthermore aren't fully confirmed, but we understand enough to know it mainly happens in red levels.
Exits:
Unknown for now, hopefully one will be found soon.

SURVIVAL DIFFICULTY:
Class 0
- Make sure the door's locked.
- fairly secured.
This area is safe for the most part, always make sure the door is locked and latched, and if an "earthquake" happens, make sure it's latched, or else the knights might either shoot you down, or have the hounds bite your face off. Basically, This area is one of the safer areas in the backrooms, but if an "earthquake" happens, run to all doors and make sure they're locked and latched. If the Black Knights get too close, however, hide in one of the closets, and lock that from the inside. The closets never have windows, so the Black Knights will never know you're in them, but just try to noclip out of the level, because if the Hounds sniff you out, they will stay until you come out and they get to kill you. But the Black Knights will end up leaving after 5-10 minutes.
Another thing, somebody found an old military flashlight on the floor and took it to either the frontrooms or to another level, but either way, they still found an old flashlight, possibly left behind by another traveler.
