Level 378 is the 379th Level of the Backrooms.
Description
Level 378 takes the appearance of an Air Force Base, with similarities to Nellis AFB in the Frontrooms. The Base is located in a desert with the silhouette of a city outside, similar to Las Vegas, like its real-world counterpart. The level is not infinite and is relatively small compared to other levels. The level has a day-night cycle, with 14 hours of daylight and 10 hours of nighttime. Wi-fi is present at this level, with the name "HemantosAFB" and the password of "RedFlagForever".
Entities
Facelings are the only entity at this level, though there are variations between individuals. Facelings in civilian clothes or non-combat gear (commonly referred to by wanderers as Normies) is under the Level 11 effect, while Facelings in combat gear (commonly referred to as Soldiers) do not.

Main Building
The majority of rooms can be found inside the main building
Canteen
As its name implies, it is a canteen. There is a fully functional kitchen with rare restocks, unlike other levels in the Backrooms. It is to note that there are vending machines that give out snacks and Almond Water that is regularly restocked every night if no one is nearby.
Infirmary
The Infirmary is a standard military medical station. Many medical supplies are present, complete with a surgery room. The TOPGUN Crew considers this area safe with multiple resupply points New M.E.G. Report in this level shows that the surgery room is infested with The Disease. Armory
This room is filled with military small arms, ammunition, and other combat gear, including Night-Vision goggles and bulletproof vests. Items found inside this room respawn very rarely, so this room is under constant guard from TOPGUN Crew for the rarity of its items and the danger of it.
Operations office
This place is where the whole level can be managed. Various security cameras spread throughout the level can be accessed there. It is currently used by TOPGUN Crew as their managing area. Guards are present 24/7.
Barracks
The Barracks are standard military barracks. They are rooms with standard military bunks and lockers found inside. Rarely soldiers are wandering inside. These barracks are considered relatively safe if no soldiers are found. The doorway is closed with a zipper, which all the Facelings have not been seen opening with any of these.
Hangar
The hangars takes shape of standard hangars for military aircraft. A wide variety of aircraft can be found inside, whereas aircraft used in air divisions based on their real-life counterpart can be found. Unlike other aircraft found in the Backrooms, the majority of these aircraft are flightworthy.
However, weapon systems are inoperative on all planes found there.

Entrances And Exits
Entrances
- Entering the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft rarely found in Level 515, enter the Shuttle, and fire the separation mechanism inside the Shuttle will transport you to this level
- Sometimes, a military cargo carrier will land at Level 36. Boarding it will cause it to depart 15 minutes later and land at this level.
Exits
- Pressing the EJECT button in a F/A-18 family fighter will transport you to Level 103
- Entering any helicopter, closing the door, and strapping yourself to any seat will transport you to Level 500
- Rarely, a Shuttle Carrier Aircraft can be found at the end of the runway. Entering the Shuttle on top of the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft and firing the separation mechanism will transport you to Level 515.
- Exiting the perimeter of the base and walking deep into the desert will transport you to Level 440 Because of the nature of level 440 this is STRONGLY DISCOURAGED
- Driving, flying, or traveling in any other form towards the city in the distance will transport you to Level 11
