Description
- The Level 116 is a single-story house from the 1970s, discovered in 2006 by a Wanderer who was on Level 9. The house has anomalous properties, as it is approximately 12,000 m² in size and appears to have infinite resources, such as water and food, generated by generators and faucets. While walking through the Level, it was noted that the rooms were repetitive and that there were meaningless connections between them. The owner of the house is a shadowy entity approximately 3 meters tall with white eyes, who calls himself "Oswald". Through interactions with M.E.G., it was discovered that Oswald speaks most known languages, but it was observed that he prefers to remain silent. Throughout interactions with M.E.G. agents, he was shown to be very friendly and repetitive, having even baked a cake for the agents, but over time he became a pain in the ass.
Entities
- Level 116 has an electrical grid with an intensity of up to 5,500 m², and the deeper you go, the intensity of the electricity decreases, making it rare to see the following entities.
- The reasons why the entities are in the house are still unknown. Oswald's interactions with the entities show that he treats them like rats, and they pose no threat to him..

Oswald Bests Friends
- "Oswald's Best Friends" is a group of 40 people who worship Oswald as a God or Savior in the Backrooms, after presumably being saved by him, and from their interactions with him, they appear to have been in power since 1967. The group usually resides in the living rooms and kitchens of the house and is hostile to anyone who questions their faith. They do not seem to get along with F.O.J. and M.E.G. for turning their God into a mere creature.
- After the discovery of Level 116, the group began to leave their home after 39 years of isolation. They are rarely seen on Level 11, trading with the B.N.T.G for melee weapons, food, or religious items, but are still very isolated.
Group Hierarchy
The Friend: The Friend is the oldest and founding member of the group, an 85-year-old man, a former World War II veteran, who was the first to find Oswald, he is a religious leader and the final decision maker in all matters, no one disputes him or doubts his words, in addition to being the person who gets along best with Oswald in the group.
The Council of 10: The Council of 10 is a Council with the 10 most important members of the group and The Friend, they make decisions together and The Friend has the final say.
Members: The members are the ones with the least power, being 75% of the group, they are responsible for the heavy work and organization, they have no power of speech or opinion.

- A 70s-style house on Level 9. Upon entering, you will find the Oswald House. Every hour, the house changes location.
Exits
- Exiting through the same door you entered will take you back to Level 9.
