SURVIVAL DIFFICULTY:
Class habitable
- Safe
- Flourishing Fauna and Flora
- Friendly Sharks
I told you the surface was boring
Description
Level 413 takes the appearance of an ocean with multiple marine biomes. Inhabiting these biomes are only sharks and marine flora, these marine plants regrow indefinitely, this makes them the primary source of food on the level. These sharks will not attack wanderers under any conditions, they usually live in groups of 5. On this level, drowning is impossible. In this level exists no pressure, even with no pressure the fauna still manage to inhabit this level. No pressure on level 413 means, that the wanderer can dive as deep as he wants to. This level is presumably infinite in length, however the level's depth is not infinite. On this level, the person will swim 14 times fast than in the frontrooms, and the person can do things in the water that would not be possible in reality like, eating and speaking. The sharks are actually very helpful to wanderers.
3 different biomes inhabit this level, on each one of these biomes resides only 1 type of shark and marine plants.
None of the sharks on this level need to eat, this is their way of adapting to the conditions of level 413. All the sharks on this level can communicate with the wanderer, they can speak every language from the frontrooms.
The surface is usually foggy and wanderers even described the surface as “boring” since there is nothing present there.
The Coast
The Coast is a biome where coral reside in, they resemble a coast from the frontrooms. The shark that inhabits this biome is a variant of the angel shark. This angel shark species extremely intelligent and friendly to humans, some wanderers even claimed they could be kept as pets. These sharks are also mind readers. The rest of the coast does not have any difference then its frontrooms counterpart. Walking too close to the shore will no-clip the person to a beach during sunset. The Coast is the shallowest biome on the level.
In the coast, taking any kind of picture is impossible, due to it having a similar effect that resembles the one in level 12.
The Reef Shark
The Reef
The reef resembles a coral reef from the frontrooms. The shark for this biome is a variant of the Caribbean reef shark, this shark is the fastest shark on the level. These sharks have the ability to teleport and no-clip to certain levels, this makes them the primary way of entering this level. The reef sharks have been seen trying to bring people to level 413 from level 7. The Reef sharks also help groups on level 413 by bringing resources from other levels. The reef also has coral and plants that are edible.

The Open Ocean
The Open ocean is the only biome that has no plants or coral. This layer is home to the whale shark. These whale sharks are 8 times bigger than the one that is in the frontrooms. Similar to their counterpart from the frontrooms their diet consist of plankton only. They love to interact with wanderers, and sometimes they let the wanderers ride them. They can detect emotion in wanderers and even try to cheer up sad wanderers. This behavior earns the whale sharks the “Therapists of level 413” nickname. The Open ocean is the final and deepest biome on this level.
Structures
On level 848 exists two structures, one structure is not man made, one has been there since the level has been discovered. The Other one was made by humans. These structures increase level 413's habitability.
Marine Hotel
To access a Marine Hotel on must find a trapdoor in the coastal biome, on the ground and go down it, these trapdoors are extremely common. After that, one will be met by an elevator that the wanderer can use to navigate the hotel. On each floor is only 10 hotel rooms, most of these hotel rooms are actually way bigger on the inside than the outside, there are currently 300 floors, but every month the floor amount increases by 20. Most of the rooms have almond water, Lucky 'O Milk, food, computers with Wi-Fi and random crates with random objects, these restock every 20 minutes.
The 10th floor has been claimed by the Backrooms Ocean Investigation group.
The Domes
The domes can be found on the bottom of the ocean floor. The Domes take the appearance of 4 biodomes connected to each other. In these biodomes, small groups reside. These small groups grow crops that are brought in from the marine hotel. The domes are man-made. Not all the domes are inhabited, however all of them grow crops. They also usually have almond water and lucky 'o milk.
Bases, Outposts and Communities
The B.O.I
- Also known as Backrooms Ocean Investigation.
- Their goal is to explore the water-related levels of the backrooms
- Around 700 people are in this group
- They live on the 10th floor in the Marine Hotel
- Very open to people joining their group
- They like to trade with other groups
- This level is their headquarters, but they have set up bases on multiple levels
Other small groups
- Around 30 small groups exist on the level
- They are usually open to trade
- Around 10 people per group
- They are almost always friendly
Connections to other levels
This level seems to have a connection to Level 414
These two levels have even been named “The Habitable Twins” by M.E.G officials.
Entrances And Exits
Entrances
One can enter this level by encountering and talking to a Caribbean reef shark and asking it to “follow them home” will teleport the wanderer here from the following levels:
Level 83, level 422 and rarely level 7 (They are the most common on level 83).
Currently, these are the only levels these sharks have been found, more research on the location of these sharks is currently happening.
Exits
Asking a reef shark to leave the level presents the wanderer with 2 choices, to travel to level 303 or level 436.
Walking to the shore leads to level 48.
Following vines that go into an underwater cave that goes to a Natural Paradise, these are almost everywhere on the level so far 3 million of these caves has been found.
By finding and touching a picture of a shark, one can enter this level from any of the levels that can be reached from level 413. This makes level 413 act as a passage between these levels.
