Level ~ is an Enigmatic Level that branches off from Level 940. From significant studying with the little information that is known, it is believed that Level 940 and Level ~ are somehow linked deeper than just being in a relatively similar space.

Description

Level ~ appears to be a small residential home within the same area as Level 940. Other houses and a street on the outside can be seen from the windows of Level ~, but not accessed.

Exterior

A picture taken from a window located in the garage of Level ~.

It is believed that Level ~ is within the same area as Level 940, notably due to the lampposts outside of the home containing the same red hue and a seemingly unending night. The garage that is found within Level 940 however cannot be seen from any window of the house. Physical descriptions of the actual exterior structure of Level ~ are unknown as all information of Level ~ has been recorded from the inside. Any doors or windows that lead outside seem to be locked and cannot be unlocked, or even forcibly broken in any way.

A Callery Pear tree can be seen in the front of the house. A small wooden shed can be seen in the back.

Interior

The refrigerator located in the presumed kitchen.

The interior of the home consists of tidy, but slightly empty rooms. Furniture like tables, desks and couches can be found, but aside from the tidiness, the home is devoid of any signs or details that it's actually lived in. Within what can be presumably be considered the kitchen, a working refrigerator can be found containing a single, half empty bottle of Almond Water.

Almost all reflective materials in the home have been shattered completely. Those that remain do not reflect any visuals. They instead display what can only be described as a Supervoid. Any attempts to interact with these result in an invisible push-back, like two magnets of the same end coming into contact with each other.

While exploring the house, it has been noted that seemingly random bursts of cold can occur, with their frequency and intensity increasing the closer you are to a Supervoid.

The garage of the household can be found with notable dried blood stains on the concrete floor, specifically below a hatch in the ceiling that appears to lead to an attic. The attic has not been explored.

The door to The Red Room.

One singular room of the house can be found with it's door shut and a red light emanating from underneath it. Upon focused listening, one can faintly hear a calm but deeply saddened crying, presumably from a young male, and consistent taps that sound like writing. On rare occasion, the tapping may stop and a melancholic musical melody will be hummed or played on piano keys. After a few moments, the melody will stop and the tapping will continue. Because of it being the only room to have such an anomaly compared to the rest of the house, this room has been labeled The Red Room.

Throughout the house, a very oppressive and unnatural ambience can be constantly heard. Any attempts to find the source, or get it to cease have failed, one notably of which was flipping all the breakers in the breaker box of the house off. This only made the sound more oppressive and violent.

It has been noted that spending an extended period of time within Level ~ with this unidentified sound has lead to headaches and nausea. It is unclear if noise protection equipment can be used to mitigate this effect. It is also unclear if worse effects can occur through even longer periods of exposure.
