A photograph of the 13th floor on Level 14 when the site and its properties were just being discovered, taken by the MEG.

Level 14 from a window on an unknown floor, photographed again during the discovery of the hospital taken by the MEG.
Level 14 was the successor to S̵̹̩͛̉̾̑ċ̷̳̮̠͍͝e̶̞͘n̷̗̉̅́͊ȩ̵́̐̓̋̄ͅ-̸̧͈̹̖͚̕0̵̹̠̖͍͈̾̍̔̎͠1̴̈́̕ͅͅ.̸͎̯̖͔̣͑͗̀̔2̸̧̦̜̜̗͗̀̈́, right now. It has the appearance of a multi-story 1940s military hospital, filled with debris and mold, building materials, and rotten food. Power outages can occur, and some medical equipment may work while others don't. You have to be careful when going outside, especially at night because even the forest is deceptive, and entities come out more at night than during the day. Aside from that, trying to survive is a very difficult task, as is trying to decontaminate the water in the pipes. If you find black water or rotten food, don't eat it, because those supplies can't be decontaminated and are considered hopeless.
Description:
Level 14 it is a hospital military, as previously described, filled with mold, debris, and neglect. The entire place smells horrible, like fish. Every room and hallway leads to a more unstable place than usual. Yet, the hospital's equipment continues to function perfectly despite the deterioration of the place and its incredible instability. All the rooms and hallways are covered in filth and reek of blood and vomit.
The entire architecture of the hospital is endless. With several floors, and many more medical rooms or typical rooms of a military hospital, and almost the entire place is completely ruined. Many sections of the walls on Level 14 are covered in graffiti from Emstable. Most of this graffiti is either indecipherable or completely absurd, and is believed to be a natural feature of the hospital, not something left behind by vagrants and perhaps a theory as to why it was completely abandoned. The wooden ceiling is rotten and even collapsing in places, but there is no escape route. Much of the floor is wet, even flooding some rooms, and a blaring emergency alarm can be heard. Occasionally, cabinets containing syringes and first aid kits can be found. Using these kits is not recommended, as they have yielded unusual results.
Each hospital hallway has windows overlooking a rocky, wooded landscape, and access to the facility is restricted unless a door is found. Artificial lighting is absent, and only natural light comes from the hallways. This has caused many entities to lurk in the shadows or darkness. Even the dim lighting in the facility is broken and can seriously harm a person, attracting deadly diseases due to the deterioration of the facility.
Every time you enter the hospital, you can go to any floor. However, on the lower floors, the place becomes more hostile and difficult to survive. The floors between 10 and 15 floors were more prone to death at any given moment. Furthermore, there is no electricity on those floors, and you can only guide yourself by the sounds of debris, or by the light itself, although it could also be a trap set by the entities. On the other hand, the upper floors still had the mediocre and abandoned appearance of the place, although with a low probability of incidents such as deterioration or a power outage on the entire floor.
While medical equipment might have been easy to obtain, some medical equipment can fail and collapse, and if that happens, you could die from electrocution or even due to poor management of the operation. You can also find balconies where you can't leave the hospital under any circumstances, but you can find water, even if it's contaminated, in broken pipes in every room or hallway you come across. Try to find a purifier or something to make the water clean and drinkable, although the black water should never be touched or even drunk, because it contains radiation and can infect other people.

Level 14 in front of a door, next to a window showing the landscape. And it's the most recent photograph to date, and it was taken on the 15st floor.
Although you can survive by luck, you might find canned food scattered throughout the place if it's not easily contaminated, or rats or spoons in these places, although these contain toxic poison, and it's recommended to use fire to remove mold and dirt from the place. Also, as mentioned before, look for contaminated water in the pipes and try to find an object that will make the water drinkable.
If you manage to leave the door, you'll find a forested landscape, with giant trees and a stable ecosystem. The danger of leaving is that people who leave the hospital are in serious mental distress. It causes people to hallucinate and wander off in an unknown direction until they are never found. The lucky few who haven't been consumed by the mental distress claim to have seen animals and trees impaled as if they were an abomination. And when night falls, the place takes on a more magical appearance, and the colors distort into a red oasis composed mostly of reddish moss and stars visible in the sky. If this happens, don't look out the windows, because this time you could leave the hospital and be taken back to the forest.
Since the discovery of Level 14 it has been proposed to re-inhabit the place as it used to be before its previous abandonment, which is why many large groups such as MEG and other groups to remodel the level are planning to make this place a safe place and devoid of any environmental, mental or any danger that affects a person or anyone. If the project starts the entire place will be closed for maintenance and all floors will be fixed until the place is completely habitable, today it has not happened yet but if something happens we will inform you, until further notice.
Additional Content:
Although the original inhabitants fled with their documentation and history, several large and well-known groups from all over the Backrooms have recovered remnants of personal records and confidential data, with fragments or even some records found on Level 14, before its subsequent abandonment, including additional hospital contents.
Recovered Diary, "Hugo R."
Hugo R is the presumed name of the recovered diary belonging to an explorer. For a complete scanned copy of all the surviving pages of this diary, please contact the site administrators or view the visual archive. The pages included on this page correspond to the period from August 2, 2012, to March 5, 2013. But the group didn't know about the other exit, even though it was very risky, it's understandable why they were worried. Although the strangest thing is that many of the people who had nothing to do with the group, but were there on the same date, the outing did work for them, so it is theorized that [Hospital Society no longer exists at this time.] was in a different reality.

Hi.
I'm not quite sure who at Base Alpha gets these emails, but I'm just writing this to let you know that the Exit to Level 14 has changed. We recently had a Wanderer enter the Level, but when we tried to lead her out using the usual method, we found that it simply didn't work. This is very worrying because that was our only known way to Exit, and finding it was a complete fluke. Anyway, I don't think there's anything that can be done from the outside, but I would like you to send a message to people to avoid staircases in unknown level for the time being because, as of right now, Level 14 is a dead end.
We will be searching for a new Exit and hope to find another way out soon. They say when God closes a door, he opens a window, and I very sincerely hope that's true.

Well, I would have appreciated a response to the last email, but I'm assuming you got it from the fact that no new Wanderers have entered the Level in the past week. So, thank you for spreading the word. There aren't really any updates aside from that. We've been searching as much as we can for an entrance, but we haven't found any. I'm still hopeful.
I would also like to ask that you drop some food off through the Unknown Level Entrance, as our stores are getting a little low, and this week's shipment never came.

I would really appreciate it if someone responded to these emails. As I mentioned in the last one, our food stores are really running low, and what's worse, I think one of our members seems to be sick, so throw in some medical supplies, real medical supplies (and yes, I see the irony of someone getting sick in a hospital). I've been in this level for one and a half years now, so I'm used to it, but the new Wanderer who came in right before the Exit stopped working, she's not doing very well. The conditions of this Level are not easy to live in.
Please, please, send something. We're going to starve if it goes on much longer.

History recovered.

Level 14 is now, after a long time, the second official and popular image of its discovery from the MEG, it was taken on the 21st floor.
Level 14 was discovered in the 1940s and was originally overlooked by newcomers, who thought it unsuitable for living and sheltering because at that time there was no conflict between the two sides as we know it today1.
However, after a time, The Leaders and Emstable were born, and they had several conflicts that ended in defeat. When The Leaders discovered Level 14, it took on the appearance of a multi-story military hospital from the 1940s, stocked with building materials and edible food. Due to the low presence of hostile entities on Level 14, this place served as a base of operations for countless groups and communities. Since the group was in conflict and their main enemy was Emstable, they took refuge here as a medical center for the wounded during the war. This place was very important to them2. The previous group, as it served as a refuge for their enemies and also protected them from the chaos wreaked by Emstable and his members.
However, one group was fighting for a slightly more aggressive group than usual, and it was renewed. However, due to poor management and because they easily exhausted resources due to their lack of awareness of the Backrooms' existence, they briefly abandoned the place. Although they later used the place as their refuge and used the medical equipment there as a hospital, despite the militaristic theme it had, and the wounded or those taking refuge were provided with supplies. At that moment there was no outside world because all the windows were closed3.
And they created a micronation, called [Hospital Society no longer exists at this time.], which was part of The Leaders and expanded massively because it was the only base and community that existed, and it continued to function until 08/02/20124 since there are several rumors, but the most acceptable is that the group was sent to a parallel of the same place only they were there, since many witnesses have reported that the exits at that time did exist.
Since 1980.
You can access and exit from the same place on floor zero. Finding an abandoned hospital as a shelter center.
Here at Scene 00.14, helping people in need during difficult times, united strength and advanced technology.
The group was aware of the anomalous effects and didn't want to risk losing several members because they were at a disadvantage at the time. Likewise, the refuge didn't last long because. When their enemy called Emstable discovered the entrance to Level 14 he killed almost all the members including doctors, refugees and innocent people although he left no trace if he wanted a trace of their skin. It is rumored that Emstable used their bodies for experimentation purposes, they vandalized the place and left it almost inhospitable, and from that day this place was never stepped on again for decades until an explorer discovered the level by accident when he entered a metal door indicated hospital, and was taken directly here.
Bases, Communities And Outposts:

The Hospital Society they even took a photograph that wasn't very old but was recognized by everyone, including the oldest members of the staff, before its total destruction. This is currently an updated version of the floor after the incident already occurred.
As previously mentioned, The Leaders were the only active community on Level 14 before it was destroyed and vandalized by their enemy Emstable. However, plans are underway to return Level 14 to its normal state, but with a more modern twist. Many groups, including some of the largest, are trying to improve Level 14 and continue The Leaders' legacy.
But a recently founded group, known as The Hospital Service5, is a group of 23 members in total, and is on the 24th floor, completely remodeled. Is currently tasked with helping those most in need with medical supplies and helping them leave Level 14 due to the difficulty of leaving safely. This is the first step toward inhabiting the level and leaving it as a medical center for those injured on other levels, and remodel the place as it should be without any technical failure.
[Hospital Society it was a society and community before The Hospital Service, formerly owned by the MEG, after its discovery at that time there was no existence of The Leaders living there and their only goal was to help the most needy and damaged people, they lived on the 15th floor. Where the structure of the place was gradually remodeled, leaving it a little cleaner although very decayed.]
Registered entities:

A close-up image of a ghostly entity walking on the wood in the gaps. The explorer fled because he was afraid of the entities and of dying.
The only entities originating from Level 14 are a series of ghostly figures resembling hospital patients and staff. Many of them exhibit extreme deformities that do not occur naturally in humans. Although these figures occasionally seem to notice the presence of vagrants, it is impossible to interact with them, as any attempt will simply result in you passing through them. They bear a resemblance to the inhabitants of The Leaders, who were massacred during Emstable's discovery, and its members. Even veterans who were there refer to the ghosts as Dead or Fallen Members.
But other entities not native to Level 14 come from beneath the most unstable floors, such as Floor 0 and many others, although you can also find them on higher floors, although with a low probability of encountering them. The entities that inhabit the floors are:
- Clumps
- [They live on the lower floors and are always in groups.]
- Deathmoths
- [They are neutral and are found on the ceilings of the lower floors.]
- Smilers
- [This can be on any floor with low probability, if it does not happen at night.]
- Windows
- [They are common and even if you advance there is a high probability that you will find them.]
- Reviooks
- [They mostly hunt their victims outside the premises, or with low probability of being in the collapsed floors of the lower floors.]
- Wretches
- [Due to the madness and the ghostly inhabitants of the place, they begin to hallucinate and come to the forest to be turned into the creatures.]
Entrances And Exits:

A photograph of the only way out that many already unstable people use to end their suffering, unaware of the fate that comes with doing so, taken on the ground floor.
Due to the Leaders' initial efforts to discover more entrances to Level 14, many of the old exits have been lost or no longer exist. However, following Level 14's collapse and vandalism, new exits have emerged.
Entrances
The most common way to access Level 14 is through higher or lower levels. Both are new exits created by a metal door, leading to Level 14, or through the ground floor in Level 13, but there are other ways although they are a bit more dangerous than usual, finding a clean but poorly lit staircase with several entities around it in Level 289, but the other safer one is entering an ambulance in Level 35, even asking the Artist at Level 57 to make a drawing without color, she calls it Ḻ̸̙̑͐e̷̞͚̎͒ ̷̢̟͋F̴̬͝ą̵͓̈́͠u̷̥͆x̴̣͌ͅ ̷̛͖̚M̷͓̌ỉ̴̘̅r̶̛̬̓õ̶̲i̵̲̮͂̈́ȓ̴͈̘̈́, as you walk through the painting it sends you here. More entrances are still being tried to be discovered but for now only these exist after Emstable vandalized the entire level completely.
Exits
To leave the place, you have to walk through certain rooms following a very specific pattern until you return to Level 289, due to how difficult it is to do this pattern, many users from different forums talking about Backrooms, the exit from Level 14 has been made easier. But another way to get out of Level 14, although a little riskier, is to leave the hospital in the middle of the night, finding a shack can send you to Level 15 although this has a very low probability and it is not recommended to do this. A much easier solution than the previous ones without taking any risks is to ask someone who is an expert or experienced optician to perform an optometry test on you, using S̵͋͝ͅĉ̸͍̩̀e̶͈̊̇n̷̤̣̄e̴͓̅̆-̴̢̰̅0̴͝ͅ1̸̮͇̐.̴͎͇̓8̶̯̆.
[Other ways to end up in the Level 14 are to suffer severe injuries that cause them to faint. They will wake up on Level 109 after regaining consciousness. However, this is very rare, with only two confirmed cases so far. Speculation continues as to why.]
Reaching the depths of the deceptive and fantasy undergrowth in the darkness, you will reach a serene and perfect paradise, where happiness and everything is real.

"A series of cosmic horrors combined into one, it is the barrier to the unknown. A deceptive landscape into which you will enter and eat the forbidden fruit."

If you manage to leave the door, you'll find a forested landscape, with giant trees and a stable ecosystem. The danger of leaving is that people who leave the hospital are in serious mental distress. If this happens, don't look out the windows, because this time you could leave the hospital and be taken back to the forest.
All MEG personnel have been ordered to locate and search any potential entrance to The Bloodstained Forest due to its deceptive nature and ability to lure explorers to certain death. Their voices will attempt to manipulate wanderers into remaining there.
If explorers or wanderers encounter signs that read "Paradise", the area must be monitored by at least two specialized personnel. Should the monitors need to explore further, they must leave a warning message on a piece of paper or something that bears one of the following pHR4SA44ERS: Come here, to this paradise :)

Interviewer: Please state your name for the record.
Lynn: Just a fool who fell from heaven.
Interviewer: I know it's serious. This is just our procedure for cataloging new levels. How did you get to this level?
Lynn: I poked a small hole in my brain, and I stretched it wider and wider until I could pass through with ease.
Interviewer: And, how did you exit this level?
Lynn: No, it would be foolish for us to tell you that. You wouldn't want to leave anyway.
Interviewer: Can you describe the level that you ended up in.
Lynn: You've seen it already, in your mind's eye. You don't need me to tell you again.
Interviewer: Were you able to identify any of these bodies?
Lynn: I saw everyone I know and everyone I have ever known. All beckoning me to come closer.
Interviewer: Ah, what do you mean by "psychological effects"?
Lynn: The voices sang beautifully in the night, but when I left, I couldn't hear them, and without them, I was lost.
Interviewer: And you said this all started when you read some writing on the wall?
Lynn: Yes, but we have a better way to spread the word now. You made that possible, and now so many people are happy.
Interviewer: No, I don't think anything like that could happen in the database. It's pretty safe. Any closing thoughts?
Lynn: Only that we've patched up that hole, so you can rest safely knowing that no one else will have to be thrust back into the pain. We will keep you safe.

Come now. IIT1IHTIHITNK One might think this sub-area of the Level 14 is like any other due to its forest-like appearance. A variety of flora and undergrowth are scattered throughout. Small but warm stars flood the place; it shows how ancient the level seems, ravaged by time, abandoned by all life. Every part of this nature looks the same, and the layout is so complex that getting lost becomes very easy. Finding waterfalls and unusual animals is a common occurrence in everyday life; instability and chaos abound in the place. I'm alone, completely alone, near a military hospital abandoned in the 1990s. The tones and monotony of the reddish, bloody madness can be heard. The remains of bodies are scattered everywhere, a notable difference from this place. It doesn't seem to be on the same sub-area as their former home; it seems to be a completely different place. Despite its mental and psychological nature, many people fall into the madness and despair of the constant collapse of the military hospital. Autospy findings reveal natural causes of death, scratches, wounds, and even missing heads. Too many horrors live here to describe, all complete bodies. A place filled with fantasy and cosmic horrors in one place.
