Level 33.1

This sublevel consists of bare concrete floors, exposed wiring, metal studs, and construction materials frozen mid‑use, as if time doesn’t stop here, yet the place remains stable despite its unfinished appearance. The windows in the wall open onto nothing but darkness, perhaps even a void. The occasional music is absent, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. At the end of a wall passage, an exit door is set into a rectangular opening that leads only to an identical, unconstructed mall beyond. The escalators are dormant, leading to empty floors that just feel unsettling.

Notable Areas

Please note that these areas have a low chance of appearing.

Scaffolding Hall
A long hallway filled with rows of tall metal scaffolding that seem to stretch upward forever. There are no tools, no workers, and no signs of construction ever happening. Some wanderers report that the scaffolding shifts slightly between visits, as if it’s being moved when no one is looking.

Unfinished Storefronts
These areas look like half‑built shops, with metal studs, loose drywall pieces, and plastic sheets acting as temporary walls. Most storefronts have empty openings where glass should be.

Skylight Gap
A tall, open section with an incomplete skylight overhead. Instead of a sky, only a flat grey fog is visible through the gaps. The space feels too big for how quiet it is, triggering megalophobia.

Service Cut-outs
Rectangular openings in the floor and walls are meant for future elevators or escalators. They’re completely empty and pitch-black inside, leading into an endless void. Getting too close is dangerous, as the edges are unfinished and unstable. Be careful not to fall in.

Finished Hallways
These hallways lead back to Level 33. This hallway has been fully constructed.

Bases, Outposts and Communities

There are no known bases, outposts or communities on this level.

Entities

This sublevel has a minimal entity count, only containing 1 or 2 entities.

Silhouettes
These faint silhouettes often appear on walls. They give a sense of comfort to wanderers after experiencing possibly severe trauma. This entity is considered harmless and non-interactive.

Scaffolding
This entity is unconfirmed, but wanderers report the scaffolding slightly moving when unobserved. This entity appears only in the Scaffolding Hall. There is currently no confirmation about whether this entity poses a threat or not.

Hazards

Level 33.1 consists of minimal hazards compared to other levels. These hazards include:

  • Loose debris can fall from great height, injuring wanderers.
  • Dim lighting and dark sections make it hard to navigate without a flashlight.
  • Service cut-outs, these cut-out holes stretch to an endless void. These are like the Pitfalls found in Level 0.

Entrances

These entrances are one-way.

Exits

These exits are one-way.
