Sheet 1 - Diary of Alan
Well, after being in a dark neighborhood completely infested with strange creatures, I honestly expected anything but another neighborhood, but this time the sun finally comes out. Are they kidding me? I had to break my legs running the whole time because those damn things kept coming out! If they had greeted me with this first (ehem… excuses… ehem), maybe I would have prepared myself sooner. But no! Always the best things come later, and they never warn you before.
Anyway, I'll put my anger aside and start briefly explaining how I got here. Well, I was walking calmly through a cave system or something like that until suddenly I came across a tunnel that, for some reason, had an asphalt floor. For that reason I followed it and arrived at some kind of night suburb, as they told me in that kind of parking lot; I could reach a completely safe city by passing through some suburbs. So I assumed that this would be the place.
Sheet 2 - Diary of Alan
At first, I thought that everything was calm, and of course, who the hell would think that a neighborhood at night is dangerous? Besides, that person is probably laughing at me right now because I didn't let him talk, and now I suffer the consequences. In short, wild entities everywhere. There were faces in the darkness, giant eyes that could walk, a kind of head with legs in the fog. It was all practically a mess. After that, I was probably seen by other wanderers as I ran from an extreme horde of that crap. Damn, I literally felt like I was in that red hospital I heard about before. I kept running and running until I saw some kind of light on the horizon and I went as fast as I could. The last thing I remember is that the entities stopped following me, and I was now in a neighborhood almost the same, only this time it was daytime. I hope that whoever reads this understands me now, for the moment I'm going to live here and be quiet. There may be a fucking industrial zone in the center of the neighborhood, but I don't care.
Over time, the chance of finding any trace of light in the vast darkness of the Backrooms has drastically diminished. After ancient discoveries and documentation, the streets have become a dangerous place for any unwitting explorer. Theories about a supposed ray of hope amidst all the chaos spread from word to word. And then, after several months, a wanderer named Alan, a novice in what is known as the Backrooms, discovered the neighborhood of the current light.
The MEG discovered all this thanks to an explorer wandering around a street on Level 9, who reported having seen that person named Alan running from a horde of entities. After observing him for a while, he saw in the distance how a sunlight had passed in front of Alan. He did not hesitate for a second and decided to inform the group about this surreal sighting. After this, they did several investigations about where Alan had gone and how. An explorer decided to replicate Alan's same steps, and after walking several kilometers in a straight line along a street, he finally managed to enter.
The group quickly moved into the neighborhood, leaving behind the dark avenues of the suburbs and giving way to the sunlight coming from the natural sun. It was thus revealed that the daytime suburbs remained the order of the day, welcome to any wanderer where the sun lives.
