Description
Level 99 features a modern library, with a central area adorned with metal letters spelling out "THE END is NEaR" Wanderers who enter this Level will experience almost complete silence, with some areas measuring as low as -6.2dB. The central region is nearly as silent, though the computer terminals there emit a loud buzz. It is advised to stay in this area and avoid exploring to prevent feelings of isolation.
Leaving this Level is extremely challenging due to its unstable geometry. For instance, the Level appears to loop when walking in one direction but turning around at this point will lead you to a wall. Frequent random no-clipping has also been reported, but this does not result in exiting the Level. While exits do exist, they are currently undocumented. Additionally, the Level can cause wanderers to be unable to perceive others, even if they are in close proximity.
Becoming trapped in The End can lead to several undesirable outcomes, particularly fake realities. These fake realities are personalized sub-areas of The End that mimic familiar environments for those affected. Interestingly, it is possible to perceive humans in these areas normally, and they appear to be physical spaces that can be interacted with as usual.
All documented fake realities seem to exist close to one another and have a transitional effect. The areas between these fake realities begin to blend together as you approach another fake reality, eventually transitioning completely. When the border of a fake reality is breached, everything returns to normal. It is possible for another fake reality to leak into another one, behaving like an infection. Fake realities also sometimes change unexpectedly, this is referred to as "repersonalizing". This term is used because people usually change, which causes the fake reality to change with them.
Technological Anomalies
All technology, including standard radios and Wi-Fi, ceases to function on this Level. Any device that relies on electricity immediately stops working until the Level is exited. The only exception to this rule is the computer terminals found on this Level, which appear to be able to connect to any Wi-Fi source.

The End can only be accessed by getting to the end of Level 98 and going through the doors.
Exits
There are several ways to exit Level 99 through the fake realities, but it is never consistent. Because of this, it is impossible to document any specific methods of exiting. All successful attempts of exiting result in entry to Level 100.
