Level 70 is the 71th level of the backrooms.
Description
Level 70 is a fog that could change from thin to thickness that happens randomly, how thicker the fog is or when the it's becoming night time how more hostile entities could spawn in the fog. Level 70 split into multiple sections each section has a different danger on how many entities it has or so on. Most wanders end up around the fog lands of nowhere of the level or known as section 1, the section is mainly full of thin to thick fog that very minimal hostile entity count but there still there. Section 1 is considered of very green land where some very low detailed documented entity birds could be seen or spotted, these birds look like ravens or could uncommonly be randomized mixed with 2 different birds from the frontrooms, they look very odd or beautiful. different. Section 2 is uncommon to spawn around the fogged farmlands.

Entrances and Exits
Two people were running for the lives with holding flashlights, rushing through for their lives in the apartments of Level 13 as they are getting chased by 2 smilers.
Mike:"Oliver! Are they still chasing us! I hate the fucking flicker event!" As mike said in panic and stressed face.
Oliver:"Shit shit! There still chasing us! These flashlights are running out of batteries!"
Oliver said in the same panic and stressed face as Mike did.
As the 2 wanders continued to running for their lives. They would go on the corner left and following 10 seconds they would go the corner right following their running Oliver would check if any of the smilers were still chasing them, he would see no form of any entity coming.
Mike:"Oliver get inside now!" Mike said in a more whispery voice but still panic and stressed, within a response from his partner getting as well inside of the Apartment door.
As the 2 wanders entered the apartment they would see thick layers of fog coming through the apartment, within very confusion.
While Oliver and Mike were blockading the door in any form of the furniture what the apartment was given out, the fog starts getting thicker and thicker within 2 wanders notice.
