The environment is a vast expanse of darkness, punctuated only by swirling patterns of red hues. These patterns give the illusion of fluid dynamics, yet they are intangible and offer no substance.
The air, if it can be called that, is devoid of oxygen or any breathable elements, but strangely, it is still possible to breathe in this level. The temperature is a constant, bone-chilling cold, yet there is no sensation of touch or physical presence. Sound does not travel in this level and the concept of sound could just be considered non-existent.
There are no known entities in Level 416. The absence of matter means that life, as it is understood, cannot exist here. Any attempt to bring objects or beings into this level results in their slow and painful disintegration into nothingness.
