We have been engaged in a two-year war with the M.E.G. at Level 406. This war greatly depleted our strength and prevented the sufficient resources of Level 406 from being fully utilized. The current battlefield has reached a stalemate, with the M.E.G. side building strong defensive fortifications, resulting in severe casualties for the Partisans of Arete. I am now representing all the U.E.C. soldiers stationed at Level 406 to tell you that we should stop this war and negotiate the ownership of Level 406 with the M.E.G.

You really should personally go to the front line to inspect it. There are dead people, shrapnel, and blood everywhere here. I believe there is no normal person who is not afraid of this scene, and soldiers are no exception.
Do you really think that as long as the order to stop the war is not issued, peace will never prevail?
