Level 179 is the 180th Level of the Backrooms.

Description

Level 179 has a space-like pattern in the walls, ceiling and the floor, trying to look like the space, but nothing related to it, besides the star pattern, can be found.

Level 179 has various entities, and it's dark to explore. it is most known to attempt to look inoffensive. These last 2 factors will be seen later.

The level can play some space-like music or ambient from random places in the level, even from the side of the wanderer who is present, with no signals from the object or thing that plays the music. The music from this level sometimes can stop abruptly, to then play NASA real planet sounds. Even the fact that it plays planet sounds, wanderers have said to hear a radio-like sound combined with distorted Morse code beeps. It is unclear what sound it is, but it's been theorized to be an attempt of the level to do its own planet sound to creep the wanderer, or to be an actual planet in the backrooms.

Most of the time, the level will look dark, and the only light source are random stars in the pattern, however, it is a small amount of them, and it's light is faint. If you take a picture in the main part of the level, it will look like if it had light coming from lines. In rare occurrence, it will be Vice versa: the light being the same as the picture lightning, but when taking the picture, the image being the dark level. Another theory of this occurrence, is being the level trying to look inoffensive to bring other wanderers to it's trap. One last thing to be said about light, is that the lines that have a light source and appear in the picture, are not actually present when the level is lightened. It is unclear why those lines only appear in pictures, and not in the actual level.

And about the level trying to look innocent, wanderers have informed that when an entity is pictured, the entity will not be present, and will only be a picture on the state it was taken, e.g, if the wanderer was scaping desperately from the entity but also wanting to picture it, the picture will only look blurry.

For last part of the description of this level, if you fail to no-clip to another level, a white door can appear randomly, and will lead the wanderer to the "white void" zone, it is advised to not enter those doors.

White Void

The white void, also known as "beyond the stars" is the most dangerous part of level 179.
This zone has been seen as the back of the level, as the star pattern becomes a black star pattern, and everything starts to become white. When you enter the door that make the wanderer get to the white void, the normal part of the level becomes a totally black room that can't be entered. It is the first part of the "trapped" event

The second part of the trapped event, is to put a lot of space sounds overlapped with screams. The music from the first part of the level is present, however, the BPM and melodies change totally to a scape theme.
The screams get louder when the wanderer enters another room, and the door where the wanderer entered to this level is closed with incredible force. The next part of the "trapped" event is where the level spawns a a massive amount of entities. There is a extra part where if the wanderer wants to hide in a room, the room just becomes empty with a black carpet with a line pattern. A text appears above the door that reads "someone is coming".
The actual last part of the "trapped event" makes all the doors close, without scape possible.

If the wanderer can scape before the last part, he will be teleported to the first part of the level where he entered. It is said that after this, no entities will appear in the main level

Entities

There are various entities seen and, reported. However, due to the picture problem, it is still not possible to document a real entity on this level. Some reports have said that there are white creatures on this level, but no footage has been recorded.

Bases, Outposts and Communities

There are no known bases, outposts or communities on this level

Entrances And Exits

Entrances

The entrance is still being researched, and the wanderers who got to the level don't remember how did they got there in first place.

Exits

The only known exit confirmed is to no-clip through a wall when the lights are on, however, it is still unknown what level it leads.
