Several "M.E.G." Operatives and Volunteers gather around an anomalous crashed ship inside of Level 29, circa 2003

Description:

Level 29 is an endless sea with icebergs floating within it. The water inside of this Level is extremely cold, and should not be traversed unless one has a proper boat or raft. The icebergs inside of this Level are also extremely cold. If anyone wants to survive inside of this Level, they should bring proper equipment such as warm coats, boots and other similar equipment.

Penguin-like "Entities" can roam on the icebergs on this Level. The penguins appear to be immune towards the severe temperature of this Level, and can even be observed swimming inside of the icy water. Clouds can form inside of the sky in the Level, however no other sights can be seen inside of the sky.

Sometimes, cabins may appear on the icebergs inside of the Level. These cabins don't seem to be made by a human, instead they appear to be "created" along with the Level. The cabins contain sustainable resources, however they are limited and if one is trying to create a Colony inside of the Level, they should not solely rely on the Cabin's resources, as they can run out quickly. If someone is trying to create a sustainable Colony or Outpost in this Level, they should harvest the meat of the Penguin-like entities, or make a fishing rod and try to catch fish inside of the Level, as Fishes can be eaten if they are put on a fire for long enough. Fishes can also freeze in Ice, if one catches a frozen Fish they should not eat it.

Shipwrecks of wooden boats can be rarely found inside of the Level. These shipwrecks can sometimes contain supplies like rum, cannonballs and supposed maps of the Level. These maps have been proven inaccurate by M.E.G. researchers inside of this Level. A specific door inside of a shipwreck leads to "Level 43".

Several people have reported the crashed ships strangely starting to move and go far away inside of the Level. People who have been inside of ships when they were sailing away reported that several humanoid Entities in pirate outfits were in the ship. A person who was in the ship with a partner reported that a pirate Entity changed the direction of one of the cannons in the ships and fired at the person's partner, instantly killing them. This is strange, because the cannons have no cannonballs inside of them.

It is presumed that the Level may extend further down the surface, possibly extending to a "Sub-Level". The M.E.G. are currently trying to make a submarine which can traverse the depths of the Level. Three attempts have been made so far, and only one has been successful. This submarine helped discover several dangerous Entities which roam in the deep waters of the Level.

A former M.E.G. Member who saw the Entity has given a testimonial regarding the events that happened to him. He is currently healing from his wounds in "Base Alpha" inside of "Level 0"

"It was HUGE. My friend Jeremy was literally terrified. I can't lie, I was too. It had like, 6 eyes, a mouth that could fit the entire earth inside of it, and a headlight on top of it's head. Yes, a headlight. Like the ones you see on sidewalks and stuff. It almost ate our submarine!"

This Entity was never seen again, but the M.E.G. has put out a warning to not explore the deep waters of the Level because of this Entity.

NOTE: The unknown Entity was confirmed to be "The Thing On Level 7", or "Tiny". Investigators presume that the Entity had used an Entrance into this Level from "Level 7". While it is still not encouraged to swim to the depths of the Level, it is now significantly safer due to this discovery.

Colonies and Outposts:

M.E.G. (A.k.a The "Major Explorer Group") Research Station "Oceanum Arcticum":

  • A research station made of the M.E.G's most experienced Researchers. They work 15 hours a day researching samples from the Level's water, Ice, Entities and other anomalous objects.
  • Population of 17 Researchers and 4 Senior Operatives
  • While the base offers refuge, they won't let anyone enter the Research portion of the base.
  • Has radio signals that communicate to Base "Alpha". It is unknown how these signals work.

Entrances And Exits:

Entrances

To Enter, find a spot inside of "Level 7" where the water is freezing cold. Staying in this specific spot of water seems to teleport you into this Level.

Exits

To Exit, enter a door inside of a shipwreck that leads you to "Level 43". You can also Exit through holes inside of the glaciers floating in the Level's water, entering these holes can lead you to the following:
