the entity resides in mostly dark areas of most levels, such as level 6 and level 3, making it pretty common.
Description:
Entity 315, also known as The Watcher, appears to be a swarm of red, monstrous eyes, though his real body, like the smiler, is unknown. Some theories say that is a giant mouth with eyes inside of it, and others that's only a swarm of floating eyes.
Behaviors:
The Watchers aren't hostile if not aggravated and kept on distance, and if they become it, they stalk you until you go insane and make you become extremely paranoid, forgetting to sleep, drink or eat, and making you become a wretch.
This entity is mainly friendly towards other creatures like smilers, dullers, hounds exc. A curious phenomenon, though, is that they're hated by the wretch entity, and they'll attack the Watchers the first moment they see one. It seems like the ex-humans never forgot the cause of their trasformation.
Biology:
As said before, not too much is known about their biology, and the few researchers that studied them lost their humanity.
Discovery:
The entity was discovered recently, on may 2024, when some M.E.G. rescuers have gone to level 6 to rescue a scientist. The rescuers were 7 at the start of the mission, and when they returned they were in 2 plus the rescued. They told about red eyes glowing in the dark, stalking them. The other ones became wretches and the Survivors were forced to kill them.

- Stay far from its sight.
- Bring a light source.
- Bring almond water to "un-wretch" yourself if caught.
Don't:
- Venture in dark.
- Stare at it.
- Try to kill him.
