Description:
Bound by the chains of an alternate plain, Phenomenon 9, also known as The Primal Event can be taken sight by any wanderer. A gigantic planetoid that soars over the sky. While nearly nothing can be presumed about the floating rock, it has been speculated by many members of the D.D.O. that the rock will bring the end of The Backrooms.
