Description
Entity 103, also known as Wired Crawlers, are a voltrix of 8-10 small, wire covered, creatures. They are 1-2 feet tall, and are 1 foot wide. These entities are covered in phone cords, extension cables, lamp cords, etc. The leader of the voltrix will typically have these, and some other wires, the leader will also usually be 5-10 inches larger than the rest of the voltrix. The leader is also referred to as a Wirelord. It can be either female or male, and will be at the front of the voltrix. The voltrix will crawl along the floor trying to stay as low as possible, then roll at their prey. They can go speeds up to 17 miles per hour when rolling. When crawling, Wired Crawlers will typically stay at speeds around 5-10 miles per hour. These entities typically weigh up to 800-850 pounds, depending on age and gender.
Behavior
Voltri typically will be non-hostile to wanderers, unless provoked. They often target Blub Cats, because they are easy to smother, and easy to swarm. They will also go after larger entities, however this is only if they can’t find Blub Cats or small entities. Wired Crawlers like to play with each other, and they will play something similar to tag, but ram into each other to tag one another. When provoked by wanderers, they will jump at heights up to 7 feet to get on top, and ram into the legs of the wanderer to make them fall. They will then proceed to repeatedly jump on the wanderer's stomach and head, crushing everything. They will proceed to drag the body back to their nest, and then decapitate the wanderer. They will then take the head, and hang it up as a trophy. They will then take the body apart, and split it between themselves. The Wirelord gets the majority, then babies and children, then adults.
Biology
These entities resemble hedgehogs, or armadillos. Although many scientists are studying these entities, they are still unable to find what the material of their actual skin is called, and where it was made. M.E.G is supposedly looking across many levels, looking for materials that look or feel similar to the actual skin of Wired Crawlers. These entities are related to Clumps, but they are much different in size and aesthetic.
Discovery
These entities were first found on Level 6, by a group of M.E.G explorers. They were found in a corner and none of the explorers apart from two made it out alive. These explorers immediately ran as fast as they could, and almost didn’t make it out, but before they noclipped out, they took a quick photo, making that the official discovery of Wired Crawlers.
