Okay, I'm in the new level. I'm in a disgustingly nostalgic house, but nothing is right. This is my house, or was… but it seems like its not mine anymore… am I in the Frontrooms?

Currently heading toward god-knows-where. This appears to be some sort of real-world replica, but everything is ruined? How much fossil fuel did they use in 2020? I don't remember this much pollution at my home state.

Anyways, I keep seeing these monstrosities of "wildlifes" that looks very mutilated and hungry, but they haven't attacked me yet. Gotta keep moving, I guess. Also, I just saw a tornado in the distance.

Level 13.1

Level 13.1 is the highest point of level 13.

Description

Level 13.1 is a large stretch of land made out of concrete, presumably the rooftop of a skyscraper, which is thought to be the very top of Level 13. This stretch of land has the approximate length of 10 kilometers and width of 1 kilometer. This level is mostly featureless apart from a small wooden hut containing a staircase in the middle of the roof that leads back to Level 13. It is also surrounded by empty space, where no buildings nor any objects beyond can be seen. There are no protection against falling off, while falling off results in the transportation to Level 198. At least one(1) attempt at climbing down the building is made, which met failure due to the inevitable transportation to Level 198 at an indeterminate altitude.

This level has a consistent daylight cycle of exactly 13 hours and 6 minutes per cycle, with the times equally distributed between day and night. The level stays at a relatively consistent temperature of 26 °C during the “day”, which is cut in half during the “night”. Various objects and entities have been seen arriving at the edge of the rooftop by random intervals via climbing, flying, crawling, and thrown up by an unknown force, which seems to have no limit as to what kind of entities or objects or its combinations that can arrive at this level. For this reason, the edges are heavily guarded.

Currently, it is unknown how the entities or objects find this place, as the void beneath only leads to Level 198, where no entities appear. It is also unknown where entities or objects end up after falling off the rooftop, but they have been observed to fall beyond the threshold where wanderers would normally be transported to Level 198.

Object XX - Enigmatic Lantern

Description

Enigmatic Lanterns are a collection of medieval-styled lanterns that feature a hexagonal globe.

The most prevalent feature of these lanterns is its style. Enameled in gold and decorated in copper nets, each wields a comically long handle reported to measure anywhere from 325 to 1560 centimeters. The handles are thin, light, and with the weight center placement so far from where it can be held, burdens the objects with a reputation of 'extraordinarily difficult to use.'

The lanterns exclusively use liquids for fuel. Typical grease, oil, or alcohol will work fine, but it also accepts other flammable liquids such as gasoline. When burning, the lantern glows softly, but still in accordance with the flame color of the substance used. It can withstand extremely high heats, though the full capability has not yet been tested. One of the sides of its globe bears a microscopic handle, that can be opened to insert fuel.

Properties

When burning, Enigmatic Lanterns sheds light that repels objects by applying a constant force away from its globe that negatives correlates with the object's proximity from it¹. An Enigmatic Lantern is capable of repelling objects approximately 560 centimeters away from it, making some variants with short handles extremely difficult or outright impossible to use.
