Level -1221141 acts like a cluster with multiple levels listed as sublevels, these also have "sublevels" (parts that are still connected/related to the level).
These levels are listed in positive and negative, entrances and exits of the level are unknown, but a group somehow managed to get into the level.
The Backrooms Team M.M.C.B.T. set up outposts to document the level, they're still on exploring and documenting the level, but you can already see the entries.
Level -1221141 is a very strange level with its structure, there are many weird things and phenomena appearing in the level. It is said that these are all related, but this has not yet been proven.
Some of the M.M.C.B.T. believe, that this might be the key to Level 1221141, but that's just a theory.
