Level 292 is the 293rd Level of the Backrooms.

It consists of a grass and cement landscape with a brick building and surreal looking clouds.

Description

Level 292 is an ever expanding landscape of cement and wet grass.
Small grassy hills may form on the ground and visible buildings can be spotted from afar during the nighttime. There is no known way to get there.
A large brick building resembling a gym/warehouse resides in front of a small, empty soccer field made of cement full of puddles containing an anomalous liquid resembling water.
This building is heavily vandalised on every side but the front. The windows constantly emanate a strange yellow light, with the exeption of the few of them that are broken. The entrance door also brightly shines when opened.
The inside of the building is completely devoid of any furniture and it is a large completely empty room. Oddly enough, The only light source comes from the outside (if it is currently daytime) and a small lamp in the entrance which might be the source of the light coming from the windows.
It has green floor with different colored lines drawn in seemingly inconsistent areas, mainly white and yellow, but also red, blue and gray.

The building contains two doors:
The green, bigger door is made out of metal and appears to be locked and seemingly leads to the outdoors left side of the building;
The other door is woode, and it's found on the furthest wall of the building; It looks wooden, and leads to a strange and claustrophobic room: It has a slight tint of beige with a greenish-grey moist carpet and bright buzzing lights. In a corner sits a lonely office chair. The room's confusing and constantly shifting, progressively distorting layout, which is likely to mess with any wanderer's perception of depth.

Straying away from the building will result in the main area looping, seemingly stretching infinitely.
Unlike many other levels, Level 292 has a daylight cycle.
It is usually night-time in this level. If this is the case, strange clouds are likely to appear in the sky. The clouds look surreal yet mesmerizing to look at.
After an unregistered amount of time, which can feel like hours or even days, it might turn into daytime. During this period it's very foggy, so much so that the horizon is not visible and the field of view becomes very limted. Some of the fog usually coalesces into condensation, forming puddles on the cement floor.
It has been reported by wanderers that it is possible for it to rain in this level, although unlikely.

Upon entering this level, wanderers will be separated in a similar nature to Level 0 and will start in a big house giving off a nostalgic feeling. It has wooden stairs and the floor is made of red bricks. The main area of the level can be seen from a balcony and it can be reached by exiting the house and going through a fence in the backyard, an area completely made of stone with all kinds of nostalgic, retro junk scattered on the floor.

When walking far enough during the day, when the small parts of cement in the grass stop appearing, it is possible to reach the border: it is a possibly endless, steep way down a grassy slope. It is not recommended to roll down, as it is not known what will occur.

This level is rich in resources

Bases, Outposts and Communities

Due to its nature, there are no known bases, outposts or communities on this level.
Communication to other wanderers is impossible on this level: attempting to access anything that requires an internet connection on any device while inside this level will result in a blue screen with yellow illegible text. The level has been luckily very well documented by the few wanderers who have left the level, although not many pictures of it have been taken due to the wanderers not having a camera with them, or their phone battery dying.

Entrances And Exits

Entrances

The main ways to reach this level are entering a wooden door with a golden knob in Level 9 or simply noclipping from Level 11.

Exits

There is no verified way to leave this level for now, but going down the slope at the very barrier might lead to another level, although it might be potentially dangerous as isn't known what will happen. Most wanderers that have exited the level have stated that they are unable to remember how they got out.
